Terms and Conditions: Electronic Raffle draw
A customer who spends BHD 5 at Al Jazira Supermarket or Al Jazira Express All branches is eligible for an Electronic raffle Draw.
In order to get the raffle coupon, the customer shall:
a. Keep his shopping receipt showing spend of BHD 5 or more during the promotion period
b. Register online by visiting ( https://aljazirasupermarkets.com/ ) (Keep the actual link) on the phone/pc/ tablet and filling all requested details including his/her receipt number until 15th November 2020.
Participant Terms
• Participants shall be responsible for giving complete and accurate information to participate in the Promotion.
• Once the customer has registered, the next time they have to participate with a new receipt, she/he only needs to enter the new receipt number and purchase value.
• A Receipt can be claimed only once.
• Multiple bills combined to reach the Amount BHD 5 value will not be eligible for Electronic raffle Draw.
• Purchase of gift voucher is not included in raffle promotion eligibility.
• The registered claim will be verified to calculate the number of raffle coupons eligible for the customer.
The Electronic Raffle number will be sent by email.
• The Electronic Raffle Number will be issued on valid claims only.
• The Electronic Raffle Number will be sent out within 48 working hours of registration.
• The customer needs to save the email for future use.
• Al Jazira is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to wrong information given by the customer.
• Please note it’s preferable that users use their personal E-mail ID for registering. Using company or corporate E-mail address can lead the mail to be marked as spam due to the company’s respective policies.
• Al Jazira is not responsible for raffle coupon delivery failure due to network and technical issues faced by the telecom partners.
• If for any reason the customer wishes to reconfirm the raffle coupons issued to him/her, he/she can visit the website using his/her user ID and Password.
• Al Jazira reserves its right to extend the last date of the promotion or for submission of entries without prior notice after MOIC approval.
• The draw of the winners will be done under the supervision of the concerned (MOIC) Ministry officials.
• The winner’s names will be also announced on Al Jazira’s social media channels, website and in the stores.
• To claim the prize, as per the Ministry rules, the winner will need to come to the designated store within 6 months, with the following documents:
Bahrain ID original.
• If for any reason, the winner does not come to the designated store with the document to claim the prize within the time frame specified, then he/she forfeits the prize.
• If the Customer did not come to claim the prizes within 6 months, the prizes will go to MOIC custody
• Employees of Al Jazira, and their sister concerns, also Participating brands employees as well as family members of employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's permission for Al Jazira to use their names, personal information and/or any statements made by the participants regarding the promotion and Al Jazira for advertising and promotional purposes without previous notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Any dispute with regards to the promotion will be subject to the courts of Bahrain.
